Iaccept payment for USA orders through PayPal, money orders, and personal checks. International orders must be paid through PayPal. All payments must be in US funds. Payment is expected within 24 hrs (or 7 days if you are mailing a check or money order). If payment is not received in that timeframe, your items may be returned to stock. Orders will ship after the payment clears.
SHIPPING
Within the USA (and Canada):
Your total including shipping (and 8.25% sales tax if your order is shipping within Texas) will be automatically calculated upon checkout. You may choose to insure your package by checking the box during checkout. Insured packages will be refunded or replaced if they should become lost during shipping.
To all other countries:
I am happy to ship internationally! International shipping costs will usually be more than the shopping cart calculates. (If you want, you may email me at anne@littleboppers.com before purchasing your items to receive a shipping estimate.) I must calculate international shipping rates individually. After your purchase, I will send you a Paypal invoice for the additional shipping costs. This additional cost will be calculated based upon the shipping rates to your country along with shipping insurance. In most cases, I will ship via First Class International. If you desire Priority Mail, please email me prior to placing your order, for a shipping quote. Shipping insurance is available for First Class International through Private 3rd Party Insurance providers (NOT through the US Postal Service), and the price of this will be included in your international shipping charge. Your order will ship after the additional shipping charge invoice has been paid.

For all orders:
Orders normally ship within 48 hours after payment clears. Personal checks and e-checks can add a few days to the process, since they take longer to clear. For fastest service, pay viaPayPal (by instant transfer or credit card funded instead of e-check), or send a money order.
I ship via the USPS. Smaller orders (for instance, a single diaper) go by First Class mail. Larger orders are usually shipped by Priority Mail, but they may be shipped by Parcel Post, at my discretion.
If the shipping charge turns out to be more than $1.00 in excess of the actual cost to mail your package, I will refund the excess.
I do recommend the purchase of postal insurance on all orders. If you choose not to purchase postal insurance, Little Boppers will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS will be issued for uninsured orders.
If you have any special requests pertaining to shipment of your order, please include it on the checkout form in the space provided.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGE POLICY
Little Boppers products are guaranteed! Your satisfaction is very important to me. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your items, you can return them (in unwashed, unused condition) for a refund or exchange within 7 days after receiving them (minus shipping). No questions asked! We will also refund shipping, only if the product is in any way defective. In case any of your items has a problem, repairs are free for up to 60 days from the purchase date, to the original owner (only). All sales are FINAL on items sold as “Second”. If you choose not to purchase postal insurance, Little Boppers will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS will be issued for uninsured orders.

PRIVACY POLICY
Your personal information is only used for ordering and shipping purposes. It will never be shared with any other organization for any reason. If there is any question about your order, I will contact you through email. If you are unreachable through email, then I would contact you via telephone if necessary.
